The garden is a place for serenity, deep contemplation, and seeking peace. Lying in one of the busiest areas of Rome, entering the garden through three different perspectile pockets is a deeply mysterious Roman experience. As one wanders around inverted pyramids acting as fountains and plant pots, each corner turns into an opportunity for a new spatial experience. Down below lies the misty grotto. Reached by three ramps placed inside the entry pockets, the grotto is dark, humid, wet, and sacred. One feels the weight of the world on their head as they make their way around the inverted pyramids, and become the threshold between above and under.
